Heal one breath at a time

For the courageous woman who’s done a lot of healing and mindset work, but is ready to try something different: healing through her body.

Unlike ‘top-down’ mindset work or talk-therapy which focus on changing how you think to change how you feel TB works from the ‘bottom-up’. By using the body to access its deeper subconscious layers, we change how you unconsciously feel, to change how you think.

What is Transformational Breathwork?

Simply put, by using specific breathing patterns, Sarah is able to guide you into altered, or non-ordinary, states of consciousness.

Unlike typical meditation where you can still notice a lot of thoughts and internal dialogue, Transformational Breathwork allows you to bypass the mind’s chatter and tap directly into your subconscious (the how is below).

When you enter this state, your body responds by giving you exactly what you need (even when you don’t know what that is) — clarity, a surge of energy, the release of stuck emotions, or insight into what action you need to take next in life. It’s like pressing a reset button.

How does it work? (I know it might sound too good to be true, but hear me out!) The secret lies in something called transient hypofrontality. This powerful breathing technique shifts blood flow away from the prefrontal cortex - the part of your brain responsible for constant thinking and analysis - and into the deeper, subconscious layers of your mind and body.

As you enter this altered state, you can access what’s buried beneath the surface—unprocessed emotions, deep insights, and intuitive clarity. It’s where breakthroughs happen, where the heaviness you’ve been carrying can finally lift, and where you begin to rewire old patterns - coming out of the session feeling lighter, clearer and more connected to yourself.

What are the benefits of Breathwork?

It's hard to describe the magic of breathwork; however, some tangible effects, include:

Body / Physical:

Detoxing the body, helping bring in more alkalinity and offsetting acidity, releasing physical pain from the body, assisting in proper digestion, feeding oxygen to the blood, muscles, organs, and brain, and boosting immunity.

Emotions:

Releasing stored-up anger, anxiety, depression, and other heavy emotions or past traumas, gaining clarity of thought, releasing oxytocin and endorphins, and shifting into a deeper level of love and forgiveness for yourself and others.

Mind :

Helps reprogram negative thought patterns, enhancing focus and clarity, reduces overthinking, supports mindfulness, creativity, and a stronger mind-body connection for overall well-being.

Soul:

Gaining inner wisdom and connecting deeply with your soul's purpose, being more present and in love with this moment, mystical moments, and surrendering to what is and allowing more abundance, flow, and ease.

Transformational breathwork changed (& saved) my life.

For a long time I felt afraid to share my struggle with PTDSD for over a decade.

Working and burning out as a corporate lawyer, I was overwhelmed, chronically overthinking… while also hiding crippling panic attacks, depressive episodes and deeply suppressed trauma.

It wasn’t for lack of trying - I was in therapy for years. & that gave me a lot of (much needed) self-awareness and compassion… But nothing actually changed.

I still felt overwhelmed all the time. I still experienced a lot of anxiety.
I still reacted disproportionately to small things.

... until I tried Transformational Breathwork. I trusted my intuition - even when it made no ‘logical’ sense that by “just breathing” i could heal, I went to my first online breathwork journey. & that was the start of what would be my most powerful and transformative healing journey. I was able to release trauma stuck in my body, process unresolved emotions, get out of my head so I can find and listen to my intuition… all of which became the catalyst for the incredible life i now live.

All of which is possible for you too.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Breathwork is an all-encompassing term for any active control of your breath. You may have experienced this in yoga, meditation, the gym or your own personal practices.

Transformational Breathwork is very different to this and requires a facilitator. Through intentional higher-ventilating breathing, you enter transient hypofrontality. This is where the thinking part of your brain—the prefrontal cortex—temporarily quiets down, allowing you to access the deeper, subconscious layers of your mind and body.

  • No. This style of breathwork requires a facilitator so the session must be attended live.

  • This breathwork journey includes higher-ventilation style of breathing, so it is not recommended for certain health conditions.

This breathwork is not advisable if you have any (present or history of): cardiovascular issues, epilepsy/seizures, high blood pressure, aneurysms, currently pregnant, on heavy medication, severe psychiatric symptoms, bipolar or depression, osteoporosis, recent surgery, glaucoma, severe asthma, untreated mental illness, panic/anxiety attacks.
