Health That Holds
Not a challenge. Not a reset.
A desire-led framework to build sustainable energy, body confidence and anchor you in self-trust.
You don't need another reset.
You need something that actually holds.
You know what it’s like to start strong. You set the goals. You buy the new leggings. You say, “this time I’m doing it properly.” And maybe you do. For a while.
Until you get sick. Or work gets intense. Or your energy drops. Or life just gets... life-y.
And suddenly the workouts stop. The sleep gets patchy. You’re back to grabbing whatever’s easy for dinner and skipping your morning movement again. You feel tired, reactive, fed up.
You start snapping at the people you love. You don’t feel sexy in your skin. You don’t have the energy to show up fully in your work or your relationships.
Before you know it, this start-and-stop cycle has gone on for years.
Your clothes no longer fit and even when you buy the next size up, you still don’t feel comfortable.
You rush in and out of the water so no one sees your body for too long… and when it comes to intimacy with your partner? The darker the room, the better.
But it’s more than just your body. You miss the version of you who felt clear-headed. Confident. Capable.
The one who had space to show up for yourself, your loved ones, your work… without running on fumes.
It’s not because you’re lazy. It’s not because you haven’t tried hard enough.
It’s because the way you’ve been taught to approach health was never designed to hold.
This is where Health That Holds comes in.
Imagine this instead
You wake up with energy, excited about the day to come. You skip the coffee for a tea because you don’t need the energy hit.
You slip into your clothes and feel confident. You stand in front of the mirror and feel proud of the woman looking back. There’s a softness in your face. A strength in your posture. You’re no longer waiting to feel good someday, you feel good now.
You move through your day with energy and at 3pm, you hit the gym. You move your body because it feels good. You make nourishing choices without overthinking. You’re not second-guessing yourself - you know you show up.
You get home and realise once again, you’re more patient with your kids. More open with your partner. You’ve got overflow to give, and not because you forced it, but because your cup is full.
You walk into the ocean without rushing. You linger in the sun. You feel alive. At home in your body.
This isn’t just about health. It’s about the version of you who feels good in her skin and trusts herself to stay there.
What if your health habits didn’t need to be perfect to work?
What if they didn’t require motivation, force or guilt? What if they were actually built to fit you - your life, your schedule, your energy, your nervous system… from the start?
That’s what this course helps you create.
INTRODUCING:
Health That Holds
Health That Holds is a self-paced course, designed to fit into your schedule and completed in your own time, at your own pace.
It helps rebuild your physical health from the inside out - through sleep, movement, nutrition and hydration that actually hold.
This isn’t a challenge or a 30-day reset. It’s not about following rules or forcing yourself into motivation. It’s about learning how to
listen to your body, create rhythms that work in real life, and build habits that feel natural to maintain.
Through grounded tools, a flexible framework and nervous-system informed trainings, you’ll rebuild your relationship with your
body and your health in a way that’s sustainable.
Health That Holds is a grounded, evidence-based and heart-led framework to help you:
◆ Feel energised in your body
◆ Build routines that work in real life
◆ Rebuild your confidence and anchor you in self trust
◆ Develop habits that are sustainable for life
All without overhauling your entire life or relying on willpower.
This is not a challenge. It's not a 30-day plan.
This is about building the foundations of your physical health in a way that your body, mind and nervous system can actually hold.
Each area includes suggested habits, example gradients (so you can build from where you are), and supportive practices for staying
consistent over time.
Together, we walk through:
Movement:
Rebuilding your relationship to moving your body without pressure or force.
Nutrition:
Finding what nourishes you, not following a rulebook or fad diet.
Sleep:
Creating supportive
habits that help you
wake up rested and regulate your energy & mood.
Hydration:
Reducing that sluggish, bloated or foggy feeling by learning how to hydrate in a way your body can actually absorb.
This isn’t about ticking boxes. It’s about building trust with your body again.
Why this works (when nothing else has)
Most programs tell you what to do. They give you the list, the rules, the perfect routine.
And maybe you follow it... for a bit. But when life shifts, your capacity drops or your energy crashes, the whole thing falls apart.
Health That Holds is different.
This framework is built on:
• Nervous-system informed change (working with your real capacity)
• Structure and flexibility (not hustle culture).
• Rewiring identity and belief systems, not just habits.
• Compassion and curiosity, not shame.
• Desire and discipline (not force and willpower)
I bring together years of training as a personal trainer, hypnotherapist and nervous system practitioner. But more than that, I bring my lived experience of being someone who used to feel completely disconnected from her body.
I was once a lawyer who stayed up until 2am, lived on Uber Eats and cordial, and felt so uncomfortable in her skin that I’d rush in and out of the ocean just to avoid being seen.
That version of me didn’t need another gym program. She needed a whole new way of relating to her health.
That’s what this course offers.
Sarah has made a noticeable difference in how I create and maintain supportive habits. I have healthier separation from my phone, I procrastinate less, I show up consistently to my rehab Pilates sessions, and I have more awareness when I’m slipping into unhelpful patterns.
Sarah is incredibly knowledgeable in this space and is the embodiment of compassionate self-discipline, self-trust, and intentional living. I can’t wait to continue working with her!

The Woman Behind The Framework
I’m Sarah Scully-Leaf, a heart-led business owner living in Bali.
I worked as a personal trainer while in law school. I had all the tools and knowledge to support my health - I knew how to train. I knew what to eat. But when I became a full-time lawyer, everything changed.
I gained over 20 kilos. I barely moved my body. I lived off Uber Eats and cordial, stayed up past midnight most nights, and woke up each morning exhausted. I didn’t feel like myself. I didn’t recognise my body. I’d buy clothes I swore I’d “slim into” and then avoid them like the mirror. I rushed in and out of the ocean (the place I used to feel most free) just to avoid being seen.
Even with all my qualifications, I couldn’t seem to “fix it.”
Because this wasn’t about knowledge. It was about my capacity.
About my nervous system.
About my patterns running underneath it all.
I hadn’t yet learned what I now teach: how to build habits that work with your body, your capacity, your stress load… your life. Not because you forced them, but because they were built to live through all seasons of life.
What I went on to study and apply over the years has given me the tools to rebuild from the inside out. That’s what makes this framework different. It’s grounded in my qualifications from both the east and west - hypnotherapy, breathwork, somatics, nervous system regulation, NLP and personal training.
Health That Holds isn’t something I created just from theory. It’s years of applied living and coaching, so now you don’t have to. It weaves together the best of it all to create sustainable, embodied change that’s built to hold.

What You Walk Away With
✓ A deep sense of self-trust, built from action - you know how to show up for yourself (not just talk about it)
✓ Confidence in your body again - not just in how it looks, but how it feels to prioritise and live in it
✓ More energy and self-regulation - moving through your day without snapping, crashing or feeling on edge
✓ The feeling of momentum that happens from constantly moving forward, not starting over
✓ A plan for your health habit - you’ll know what you’re doing, how often, and where it fits into your real-life schedule
✓ Clarity on exactly where to start with examples of supportive habits you can build on at your own pace
✓ A way to follow through on your habits even when motivation drops or life gets busy
✓ Knowing what thoughts, language and emotions trigger your self-sabotage (& what to do instead)
A quick note about the approach
This course isn’t prescriptive. I don’t tell you what to eat, how many hours to sleep, or what kind of movement you "should" do.
Instead, you’ll learn to:
• Understand what your body actually needs
• Build from where you are
• Create rhythms that support you over time
You’ll get examples, suggestions of supportive habits, and structured frameworks but always with the freedom to adapt.
Because that’s what makes it sustainable.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
HTH is designed to help if you know what you want to build and if you don’t.
Some of you will only know you’re tired of feeling a certain way - low energy, low self-esteem, poor self-trust or disconnected from your body.
For those of you, there’s a training inside that helps you choose where to begin based on how you feel or what you want (like more energy, better mood, or body confidence).
You’ll be guided step by step to find the habit to start with. -
This is designed for anyone - especially someone with a very busy life. Whether you’re a mum, a 9–5 professional, a shiftworker, a business owner or someone juggling a lot of responsibilities who wants to feel better in their body.
The flexible framework is designed that no matter who you are or what season of life you’re in, it fits with your capacity, schedule and lifestyle.
-
This course is designed to fit into your life (it’s the premise of the whole framework).
It’s entirely self-paced, so you have the freedom to slow down or move faster based on your schedule. It can be done anywhere, anytime.
You also have lifetime access - so you can revisit the material anytime to deepen your understanding, refresh on specific materials or add a new habit.HTH will take you approximately 4 hours total to complete - 2.5hrs of video modules and 1.5 hours in practices and completing the workbook.
-
Lifetime. This course is built for you to come back to as many times as you want to revisit materials or to build out different health habits.
-
There’s no such thing in HTH. It’s self-paced to fit into your schedule and designed to come back whenever you want. You can re-start wherever you left off because you have access to HTH for life.
-
The first time you do this course, yes. It's designed to build one step at a time, with each module supporting the next.
Once you’ve been through it once, HTH is designed to visit specific sections or jump straight into the framework to build a new health habit.
-
Most coaches or nutritionists will tell you what to do - what to eat, how to train, what the routine should look like. This course doesn’t do that. It helps you build the habit to actually last based on your capacity, schedule and what works in your real life.
It can work beautifully alongside a fitness or nutrition plan (as long as their approach allows for flexibility). I recommend building your HTH foundation first, so anything else you add is sustainable.
-
Yes and no. If you're working with someone whose approach is realistic, flexible, and built around your current lifestyle and capacity, this course will help you implement what they’ve given you in a more sustainable way.
However, if their plan expects you to overhaul your routine overnight (like changing everything you eat at once or go from not exercising to working out 5-6x a week), that’s not the approach we take. HTH helps you build habits by capacity and adapts to your life circumstances.
-
No. You won't find meal plans or prescribed workouts. You'll find guidance on how to choose what feels right for you and suggested supportive habits you can choose from if you wish.
-
No. This is about how you feel in your body. For some people, that may include body composition changes (if you want to) but the focus is on energy, consistency, self-trust and sustainability. Your health is way more than just a number on the scale.
-
Not directly inside the course. Any questions you have can be emailed to support@sarahscullyleaf.com.
There’s also the option to add-on a 1:1 session at a HTH-member rate (not offered elsewhere) for deeper support.
If that’s something you’d like, there’s an option to add a 1:1 session on at check-out.

You don't need to do it perfectly.
You just need to build something that can hold you.
You're not behind. You're not lazy. You don’t need more willpower.
You just haven’t had a framework that worked with your body, your capacity, and your season of life.
Until now.
