Here’s the thing: when you’re living mostly in your head, you’re disconnected from your body. & your body? It holds the answers, always. True clarity, intuition, and fulfilment come when you’re able to tune in, listen, and from there take aligned action.

So how do you actually do that?! How do you *actually* get out of your head and into your body?

Enter: Transformational Breathwork.

In order to feel something different, you have to do something different.

Unlike typical meditation, Transformational Breathwork uses specific breathing patterns to enter an altered state of consciousness - allowing you to bypass the mind’s constant chatter and tap directly into your subconscious.

When you enter this state, your body responds by giving you exactly what you need (even when you don’t know what that is) — clarity, a surge of energy, the release of stuck emotions, or insight into what action you need to take next in life. It’s like pressing a reset button.

How does it work? (I know it might sound too good to be true, but hear me out!) The secret lies in something called transient hypofrontality. This powerful breathing technique helps shift blood flow away from the prefrontal cortex (the part of your brain that’s constantly thinking and analyzing) and into deeper, more intuitive states of consciousness. As you enter this altered state, your brainwaves transition from the busy, everyday beta waves into slower, more expansive theta or gamma waves — the brainwave states where your creativity, intuition, and clarity truly thrive.

This isn’t about revisiting old wounds or processing past trauma (although that may happen if you need it). It’s about connecting to a higher version of yourself to start building a life you’re truly excited to wake up to.

But only a few years ago - and I say this with complete honesty -
Transformational Breathwork saved my life.

I was a burned-out, deeply unfulfilled corporate lawyer, stuck in the same unsatisfying day on repeat and struggling in secret with PTSD.

I was overwhelmed with anxiety, bouts of depression, and I’d completely lost feeling truly alive in my life (you know… excited, lots of energy, deep fulfilment, a sense of purpose. I stopped believing that was even possible for me (thank goodness i didn’t stop there).

Within 2 years, I had no panic attacks, no night terrors, and had completely healed my PTSD.

  • Breathwork is an all-encompassing term for any active control of your breath. You may have experienced this in yoga, meditation, the gym or your own personal practices.

    Transformational Breathwork is very different to this and requires a facilitator. Through intentional high-ventilating breathing, you enter transient hypofrontality. This is where the thinking part of your brain—the prefrontal cortex—temporarily quiets down, allowing you to access deeper, more intuitive states of consciousness.

  • This program is entirely live so you only need to show up to the calls each week which are approx 2 hours.

    This is not a mindset course so there is no pre-recorded modules or materials you need to pace through.

  • No. This style of breathwork requires a facilitator so all sessions must be attended live.

  • Absolutely. Most people see benefits after one session.

    This is intentionally my most affordable small, group program so if you have to miss a session (or even two), it’s absolutely still worth doing.

  • Yes, definitely! BDFD is entirely live Transformational Breathwork calls. There is not self paced content. Every breathwork journey is different, so there's no limit on how many times you can do BDFD.

  • Yes, there are two payment options.

    I have intentionally made this program very affordable and accessible.

  • While everyone is different, most people start seeing the benefits after one session.

  • This breathwork is not advisable if you are pregnant or have currently (or a history of) heart condition, epilepsy/seizure, severe asthma, panic attacks. You will see a full list of health conditions on the checkout page.

  • While there is no 1:1 coaching, you are supported through this program. Your client portal has detailed information on your breathwork journeys, integration and how to prepare for online sessions. If at any point you have questions through the journey, you have access to support via email.

    The group is limited to 15 people so you will never be lost of in a sea of people. It is intentionally very intimate.
