Since doing BDFD, I’m calmer in my day to day, I don’t feel as stressed, overwhelmed or weighted down as I previously experienced before the sessions. This container allowed me to work through feelings and tension that I’d been bottling up.

Every BDFD session was different and I enjoyed the peace and feeling of contentment that would wash over me after each session. Prior to BDFD, I was carrying a lot of guilt from the decision I’d made; choosing not to see an immediate family member I’d cut ties with before they passed away. I believed in my decision but my family had very different opinions, which I allowed to affect me. I noticed after week 2 that I was no longer looking back on, analysing and second guessing myself. a 4-Week Live Transformational Breathwork Journey

This is a small, online group of weekly Transformational Breathwork journeys for one month. It’s intentionally capped at 17 people and designed to be a powerful, immersive experience for those ready to get out of your overthinking mind, come into your body and start creating the life you keep thinking about.

Every breathwork journey works on a specific layer of your system and the system as a whole, which is how such profound change happens in such a short period of time. Every session works on:

The physical

When you’re constantly in fight or flight, the body starts sending signals through things like skin issues, IBS, poor sleep, a short fuse or and muscular aches and pain. TB helps release tension and complete unresolved stress so your body starts feeling safe to slow down & rest.

The emotional

Using a specific breathing pattern, you’re able to move blood flow away from the part of your brain responsible for constant thinking and analysis, entering transient hypofrontality. This allows your subconscious mind to become more accessible to rewire outdated beliefs, patterns and access your intuition. 

The energetic

As your body releases stored energy and emotion, your system upgrades. By clearing denser energy, your thoughts, choices, and actions naturally start matching the person you’re becoming, without force or effort.

The mind

Breathwork isn’t about revisiting old wounds or processing past trauma (although that may happen if you need it). It’s about connecting to the parts of you that need resolving - which may look like releasing frustration, sadness or fear - so you’re no longer held back from creating the life you want.

The Journey

This round of Breath Different, Feel Different has been designed to take you even deeper. Each week builds on the last, with a clear focus and intention:

  • You’ll reconnect with what you actually want (not what you think you should want or doubting your choices). We’ll use the breath to drop beneath logic and into what your intuition’s been trying to tell you. You’ll leave this session clear on what your next chapter feels like and what’s needed to create it.

  • Release what’s been keeping you tense, anxious, or stuck in your head so you can move forward without being weighed and anchored down by the past. 

    Sometimes what your body’s holding isn’t obvious. It might be the meeting where you swallowed frustration, the breakup you pushed through, or a deeper betrayal you hasn’t been acknowledged or grieved.

    You don’t need to talk about it or relive it. Breathwork helps your body process and release what you’ve held onto so you can feel lighter, clearer, and free to move forward.

  • This session focuses on shifting the beliefs that keep you doubting yourself and second-guessing your decisions. Through altered states of consciousness we reach in Transformational Breathwork, your subconscious is more malleable (open) to change, allowing new beliefs to be wired in.

    You’ll start trusting your own inner cues instead of looking outside yourself for answers.

  • This is where vision meets action - bringing together what you’ve felt, experienced and shifted, into the choices required to build the life you want sustainably.

    You’ll leave clear on the choices and habits required to continue building the life you want in a nervous-system safe way, long after this container.

MEET YOUR FACILITATOR

I'M SARAH SCUALLY-LEAF, - hypnotherapist, somatic breathwork practitioner and NLP coach living a life of freedom in Bali.

But only a few years ago - and I say this with complete honesty -
Transformational Breathwork saved my life.

I was a burned-out, deeply unfulfilled corporate lawyer, stuck in the same unsatisfying day on repeat and struggling in secret with PTSD.

I was overwhelmed with anxiety, bouts of depression, and I’d completely lost feeling alive in my life (you know… excited, lots of energy, deep fulfilment, a sense of purpose). I stopped believing that was even possible for me (thank goodness i didn’t stop there).

  • This program is entirely live so you only need to show up to the calls each week which are approx 90mins - 1hr 45 mins.

    This is not a mindset course so there is no pre-recorded modules or materials you need to pace through.

  • Breathwork is a broad term that covers any intentional control of your breath - like the deep breaths you take in yoga or mindful breathing in meditation.

    Transformational Breathwork is very different to this and requires a facilitator. It uses a specific, active breathing pattern that shifts you out of your busy, thinking mind and into a deeper, more intuitive state. (This is known as transient hypofrontality - essentially, the analytical part of your brain quiets so you can access the subconscious.)

    From that space, your body can release stored stress or emotion, access intuition and clarity, or experience a deeper connection to yourself (whatever you need on the day).

    Unlike slower, calming styles of breathwork, this practice creates real physiological and energetic change in a short period of time.

  • No. This style of breathwork requires a facilitator so all sessions must be attended live.

  • Absolutely. Most people see benefits after one session.

    This is intentionally my most affordable small, group program so if you have to miss a session (or even two), it’s absolutely still worth doing.

  • Yes, definitely! BDFD is entirely live Transformational Breathwork calls. There is not self paced content. Every breathwork journey is different, so there's no limit on how many times you can do BDFD.

  • No - this program is entirely live, so there are no set practices or activities between sessions.

    That said, I encourage you to take action on anything that comes up in session. Integration often requires practical choices from what you’ve uncovered or experienced - eg having the conversation you’ve been avoiding, setting a boundary, or taking a step toward what you want.

  • Yes, there are two payment options.

    I have intentionally made this program very affordable and accessible.

  • While everyone is different, most people start seeing the benefits after one session.

  • This breathwork is not advisable if you are pregnant or have currently (or a history of) heart condition, epilepsy/seizure, severe asthma, panic attacks. You will see a full list of health conditions on the checkout page.

  • While there is no 1:1 coaching, you are supported through this program. Your client portal has detailed information on your breathwork journeys, integration and how to prepare for online sessions. If at any point you have questions through the journey, you have access to support via email.

    The group is limited to 15 people so you will never be lost of in a sea of people. It is intentionally very intimate.
